Vasiliki Tsoutsani is a licensed Psychologist, MSc (license no. 1231), holding a Master’s degree in Educational Psychology from University College London (UCL), where she graduated with distinction. She also holds a Bachelor’s degree in Psychology from Cardiff University in the UK and a degree from the School of Philosophy at the University of Crete, where she completed her undergraduate studies. During her studies, she worked as a research assistant at the Sleep Education and Research Laboratory (SERL) at UCL, as well as at the Developmental Psychology Laboratory of the University of Crete.
After returning to Greece, she began her specialization in the four-year program of Cognitive Behavioral Psychotherapy (CBT) for adults at the Hellenic Association for Cognitive and Behavioral Studies (HACBS) in Athens. Within the same institution, she also completed a specialization in Cognitive Behavioral Psychotherapy for children and adolescents. At the same time, she became certified in Applied Behavior Analysis as a Registered Behavior Technician by the Behavior Analyst Certification Board. She is also a regular member of the Hellenic Community for Behavior Analysis. From her undergraduate years to the present day, she continuously enriches her knowledge through national psychology conferences and specialized training seminars, staying up to date with the latest developments in the field.
Her clinical practice includes a wide range of individual and group psychotherapeutic and psychoeducational interventions for children and adolescents facing difficulties in emotional regulation, intense fears, low self-esteem, school bullying, anxiety, depressive mood, and challenges with socialization within the school environment.
During her stay in the United Kingdom, she worked in several primary and secondary schools, providing support to students in need. She also volunteered in numerous programs (such as the ACE Learning Club, among others) that offered psychosocial and educational support to children with behavioral difficulties and those from low socioeconomic backgrounds.
Subsequently, she worked at the charitable organization Beyond Autism (Park House School), where she supported children on the autism spectrum within the school setting. There, she provided individualized interventions based on Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA), systematically monitored each child’s progress, and collaborated closely with parents and teachers to help every child take steady steps toward social inclusion and independence.
In Athens, since 2020, she has been actively collaborating with private special therapy centers, where she provides initial assessments, interventions for children and adolescents, and prepares progress reports and individualized goal plans. She has also worked with parents through parent training and counseling programs, focusing on improving family relationships and strengthening parenting skills.
She has placed particular emphasis on supporting children and adolescents with autism or ADHD, designing psychoeducational intervention programs tailored to their individual needs. Additionally, she has coordinated social and emotional skills groups for children and adolescents experiencing difficulties with expression, behavior, and social integration.
Regarding her clinical experience in adult psychotherapy, she has worked at the Rethymno Mental Health Center. She is currently an active collaborator of the non-profit organization Institute for Behavioral Research and Therapy in the Adult Therapy Department, where she provides individual Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) sessions for adults.
In her clinical practice, she supports individuals dealing with mood disorders, depressive symptoms, difficulties in emotional regulation, anxiety, panic attacks, excessive health-related worries, obsessive thoughts, compulsions, and specific phobias. She also works with issues such as low self-esteem, interpersonal relationship difficulties, challenges in one’s relationship with food, and the management of psychological crises.
Additionally, she has volunteered in the United Kingdom in programs such as Ty Celyn Club, which offered psychosocial interventions to young adults with cognitive disabilities.
Her therapeutic approach is based on creating a safe and supportive environment where adults can freely share their concerns and work toward the changes they wish to make in their lives.
Beyond her clinical work, Vasiliki is also active as a trainer of new child therapists and as a lecturer in a series of specialized seminars for mental health professionals at the Dynamai Rehabilitation Center. These seminars focus on Parent Counseling and psychoeducational topics related to therapeutic work with children and adolescents.
Since 2025, she has been teaching at Mediterranean College in Athens, in both undergraduate and postgraduate Psychology programs.
At the research level, Vasiliki studies the psychological needs of children and adolescents who grow up with siblings on the autism spectrum, developing innovative intervention programs based on the principles of Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT).

Stamatina Moutsiou
Stamatina Moutsiou is a graduate of the Department of Speech and Language Therapy at the School of Health Rehabilitation Sciences of the University of Patras and holds a professional license to practice (Reg. No. 599). She has received further training in Special Education through the Center for Continuing Education and Lifelong Learning (KEDIVIM) of the University of the Aegean. In addition, she has been trained in Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA), in which she also has clinical experience. She has also participated in the 1st Cycle of Developmental Speech Therapy Supervisions organized by the Institute for Research and Education in Speech Therapy (IEEL).

At the same time, she continues to systematically pursue professional development through educational seminars and scientific conferences, in order to stay up to date with the latest advancements in the field of speech and language therapy. As part of her volunteer work, she served at the Community Mental Health Center of Vyronas–Kaisariani, under the 1st Psychiatric Clinic of the Medical School of the National and Kapodistrian University of Athens (NKUA). There, she attended the Training Program on Specific Developmental Disorders of Speech and Motor Coordination, actively contributing to the support of children with communication and developmental difficulties.
Her internship focused on the assessment and intervention of articulation and phonological disorders, ADHD, and specific learning difficulties. As part of her volunteer work, she participated in an early intervention program (Community Mental Health Center of Vyronas–Kaisariani) and co-therapy groups for children with special developmental disorders, collaborating closely with speech therapists, occupational therapists, and psychologists. In recent years, she has been working in special therapy centers with children and adolescents, gaining substantial experience in early intervention.
Her undergraduate thesis, titled “Case Studies of Alaryngeal Esophageal Speakers: Acoustic Analysis of Prosodic and Articulatory Features Using the Praat Software”, was awarded third prize for oral presentation at the 2nd Scientific Conference of Speech and Language Therapy organized by SELLE.
